Summary:

I have not (yet) received a notification e-mail confirming the delivery of my PDF eInvoice.

Instructions:

The first PDF invoice(s) sent via the PDF eInvoice service, can take up to 2 business days to be mapped and delivered to your customer.

You will receive a notification via e-mail either confirming:

• The successful processing of the 1st invoice(s) 
• Failure of mapping the 1st invoice(s) and providing you more feedback why the invoice(s) could not be processed

No further email confirmations will be sent for following invoices.
