What is the issue?

Purchase Documents ( Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order / Goods Receipt) are not visible under the Document tab in AP Edge view.

Root Cause:

Purchasing document search enhancements in Edge.

Check this: 

Logged in users have any kind of pending action or users performed any action on the respective document.

Resolution:

• It is the enhancement of the search functionality.
• An user having personal Rights can only search for his assigned task/document or the document he has performed some action.
• An user can search this info in Search ToolTip on Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order / Goods Receipts.

If an user selects the Your requisitions / Orders: It narrows results down to only documents on which you are the Owner (Logged in user) and IF you select All requisitions/ Orders: It shows all documents on which you are present in the Actions table (logged-in user has taken some action).

If an user wants to have access to all documents for an organization, He will need to have the Professional User rights.
