Missing approval for receiver or document type

There is no approval for productive use of the given receiver or type of document.

Documents are rejected with this error message, when the receiver has not (yet) approved receiving this document type from you. For example, you might be able to send invoices to a specific receiver but not delivery notes as these weren't tested/approved with/by the receiver.

Please contact Customer Support to find out the specific reason for the refusal of your document.
