As use of winclient is ending in September, all templates used in TEM winclient need to be copied to webadmin. After September there will be no visibility to templates used via Citrix, so it is very important to create the templates now. This includes templates in use in 'Reports/Financial administration/Payment list', 'Reports/Financial administration/Journal' and 'Reports/Financial administration/Transfer to payroll', but also 'Reports/Expenses/Dimension expenses' if in use.

All the information in winclient template is copied as such. The only difference is that in 'File' field only file name or what comes after OUT word is copied, not the whole path as in winclient. When saving the template make it 'Public' so that other admin users can use it as well.

Example of journal report path in winclient:

\\file-tem-prod.basware-saas.local\Customername\Data\Out\TEM\Journal\Journal_{DATE}-{TIME}.txt

Example of journal report File name in webadmin:

TEM\Journal\Journal_{DATE}-{TIME}.txt

An other example from winclient: \\file-tem-prod.basware-saas.local\customername$\Data\Out\SWE\OUT_BankPayment\Bankfil_XML_{DATE}_{TIME}.xml

In webadmin only SWE\OUT_BankPayment\Bankfil_XML_{DATE}_{TIME}.xml is added (see the picture).

The path itself (\\file-tem-prod.basware-saas.local\CORT\Data\Out) is already added to database. Please create a normal support case if help is needed from Basware's side.
