Ip - User not able to Login in CLM


What is the issue?

You are facing issue in login, getting error messages like "login failed error" and sometimes “All the services are not running”

Resolution:

In this case you need to check:

  1. Windows services of CLM must be running.
  2. Check the CLM Group in IP Admin and assign that group to the user.
  3. Reset IIS on Application/Web Server.
  4. Try clearing browser cache.
