What is the issue?
This error notification email is sent automatically from BT when the recipients e-invoicing address is empty.

Resolution:
- Please verify that the receiver's name and the receiver's id is correct and exactly similar to a former successful invoice. Accordingly, either add the missing value or modify incorrect values resend the invoice.
