Instructions:

If you have two accounts and you want to merge them, please follow the next steps:

• Go to our myBasware site and click on the 'Log in' button;
• Log into your Strong account by entering your username and password;
• Go to the tab 'My profile';
• Click on 'Merge Accounts';
• Enter the username and password of your Light account;
• Next, click on the 'Merge' button;
• Confirm your changes by clicking on 'I agree'.

From now on, please log into your Plus account using your current username and password.
