Planned Maintenance Schedule
To help you plan your data transmissions more effectively, we perform regular system maintenance within a fixed and predictable time window.
Maintenance activities are scheduled once per month to minimize impact on your operations.
Important Information
- The maintenance dates are pre‑scheduled and will only be used when a new version is ready for deployment.
- In exceptional situations, such as critical security threats or severe system issues, maintenance may be carried out without prior notice.
- All non‑critical infrastructure updates are performed during the weekend, with prior notifications sent to the customers.
Maintenance Windows
While the maintenance window is up to three hours, the actual downtime is typically shorter than the announced time. If maintenance is expected to take significantly longer than planned, customers will be informed by email in advance.
