Solution:

For the recipient the specification of a cost center is a mandatory information

Possible error:

    The cost center is missing
    The specified cost center does not meet the specifications of the invoice recipient
    The specified cost center is added with the agreed keyword

Resend the document with a clear identification of the cost center.
