Manage Purchasing Categories as System Users

At the time of software upgrade, Purchase Professional mode's Manage purchasing categories user right is moved in P2P Administration from Users > User Roles > User Rights > Purchase under System UsersAdministrators User Rights > Business Configuration

It may happen that an existing administrator has other rights from higher organizations as inherited and a new specific right to manage purchasing categories on a lower-level organization only. In that case, when checking user rights on a lower-level organization, such user is visible twice, because the Manage purchasing categories user right is for another organization.
