Problem

Basware users receive error when they try to approve invoices and they receive an error message with "limited approval rights in BAM registry. 

 

Solution

> BAM Rules for the user (like Cost Centre or approval limit) most likely don't match to the particular invoice user wants to approve or the approving limit of the invoice is above user´s approving limit.
> Also a reason could be that the user is set as backup person for another user. But this other user is not active anymore. Those access information will be inherited by the back up user.
> Ask user to contact his local Superuser to check the setup in BAM Admin and to change the BAM rules if necessary. This is no technical error but a user administrative one.
