To change the log level for IP Thinclient logs web application logs
- Go to location e.g. …\Basware\IP\Web\ThinClient\web\ at the Server (the path can be different according to the installation).
- Open thinclientini.asp file with any text editor e.g. Notepad ++.

- Please set the parameter value LOGLEVEL=3 under [General Section]
- Save the file.
- Please try to recreate the issue with the credentials of the affected user and fetch the logs with Log Level 3 (High) from IIS of that timestamp when the issue occurs.
