Summary:

Error Name:  User Id "UserName" is in use, Login failed is come when any user is trying to access TEM WinClient application.

 

 

Above mentioned error is generally occurs when two users trying to login into TEM WinClient application with the same username.

Resolution:

To overcome this issue, "forced login" is the only solution. Below is the procedure to do this.

1. Click on the TEM WinClient application.
2. Enter required login Username & Password.
3. Now, here we need to do forced login into TEM for that please hit Ctrl+L from keyboard.
4. Now, you will be able to enter into TEM WinClient application.
