Issue:

In Table maintenance when adding a new row or editing an existing row, the Save button is disabled.

 

Reason:

Large number of records in the table, due to which the system does not allow editing of the table.

 

Solution:

When you have large data in the table, editing is not possible without narrowing the search.

You need to narrow down the search, as shown in the screenshot below and then you can add a new row.
