Summary:

How to reset user TEM password in TEM Admin Web.

Resolution:

1. TEM password for users can only be reset by the TEM Administrator. Please login TEM Admin web application.

2. Once Logged in,

• Go to Basic Data -> Employee -> Employees.
• Enter user's name in the “Text search” field and search the user e.g. saasadmin.

 

• Double click on the user name, check the user details and confirm the user.
• Once the user is confirmed, Click on Edit button.

 

• Set the password manually after clearing the existing password in the 'Password' field.

 

• Press the save button to save the entered password.
