Summary:

In order to provide you with better planning regarding your data transmissions, we have defined a fixed time frame for our maintenance work on the system.

These take place once every 2 weeks.

Instructions:

In exceptional cases, for example security threats or critical bugs, maintenance work will be done without prior notification.

Any other updates related to the infrastructure of the system, will be done during the weekend with prior notifications sent to the customers.
