Image poor quality


Description

While reviewing the reported quality feedback, we identified that the business document image is not meeting the quality requirements of the Scan and Capture service. Due to this, the reported fields/values were not captured. Please see the quality requirements in the below section.

Accurate data capture and validation might not be possible for the following reasons:

To prevent such errors from happening, please contact the sender of the business document, requesting to ensure the image quality meets the service requirements.

Basware actions

This error does not require any actions from Basware.
