Summary

The purpose of this document is to provide instructions for password reset in case you have forgotten your password for the Basware Portal.

Instructions:

1. Enter the email address you used to register to the Basware Network and click on "Next"

       
   

1. On the page below, click on "I don't know my password"

   

 

2. And then click on "Send Request"

   

 

3. You will receive an e-mail address from Basware.

     

4. Click on the Set password button.

       

5. Type in your new password, taking into consideration the requirements (mentioned on the page), and click the "Set password" button

       

6.  You can now log in using your e-mail address and new password.
