How to update company details on Portal


The purpose of this document is to provide instructions for updating company details in your account on ONP Portal (


You can view your company’s information on the My Company page. Users with company administrator user rights can also make changes to their company's information.

The information written on your company profile can be viewed by accessing the business directory in Basware Network.

An user with company administrator rights needs to follow the below steps in order to add/update the company details:

1. Login to the Basware Portal with your credentials.
2. Click on your username at the top and then click on "My organization".
3. Click the name of the organization that you want to view or edit.
If your company is made up of a single organization, you are taken directly to the My Company page without you having to click the name of an organization. If your company is made up of multiple organizations, each child organization is displayed on this page in alphabetical order.
3. After that, at the right side, click on the "Edit" button to edit the organization details.
4. Once you click on the edit button, make the necessary changes to your company’s information. 
6. Once the details are entered, please click on Save changes.
