IP-Tabs Not Visible in MatchingAdmin


What is the issue?

Sometimes tabs "Status Summary" and "System Settings" are not visible in Matching Admin.

Resolution:

Following steps can be performed in order to resolve this:

  1. We need to find some user who can view these tabs.
  2. Open Matching admin with the user account selected in step 1.
  3. Go to System Settings --> Data Management.
  4. Select System Administrators.
  5. Click New > Double click on the user name who is not able to view these tabs.
  6. Click Ok.
