Description:
The user is automatically logged out of the system when attempting to access any of their expense reports. Additionally, selecting the user’s name under the Delegation feature also results in the system logging out.
Troubleshooting Steps:
2. Now, locate and select the required user and click on the pencil icon.
3. Then locate the column titled ‘Allowed No. of Uses’. This field controls how many times a user can access the system before being logged out.
Resolution:
To prevent the user from being logged out unexpectedly, ensure the ‘Allowed No. of Uses’ field is set to a negative value. This will allow unrestricted access and resolve the logout issue.
