We are currently experiencing an issue affecting Peppol outbound documents.

Since May 27, 2025, some documents may have been rejected due to the following validation errors:

• BR-52: Each additional supporting document (BG-24) must contain a supporting document reference (BT-122).
• PEPPOL-EN16931-R008: Document must not contain empty elements.

 

Current Status

The issue was related to an additional document reference and has been identified and fixed as of May 29, 2025, at 11:30 UTC.

The aftercare for the impacted documents was completed on May 29, 2025, at 12:00 UTC.

Aftercare Completion: May 29, 2025, 12:00 UTC.

 

Customer Impact

Some Peppol documents have been rejected and delayed starting from May 27, 2025.
