Details:

The suppliers do not populate because sometimes the supplier extract cannot be imported into Gateway because of some supplier entries that are written on 2nd, 3rd, or even on 4th lines. shown below:

 

Ideally, the Basware System expects the supplier details to come into a single line, as below:

 

Recommended actions/Solution:

As a solution to this, the Customer should check the extracts to ensure that there are no line breaks in the extract when updating the extracts to the AP.
