Clean CloudScan settings
Step 1:
- Launch CloudScan to login screen
- Go to Windows "Task Manager" and search for "Basware CloudScan 2.0 (32 bit)" process
- Right click and select "Open file location"
- Keep the folder open
- Click cancel on the CloudScan login screen
- Uninstall the CloudScan application
- If any files were left to that folder, clean the folder
Step 2:
- Go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Basware_Corporation folder
- Clean folder from all files

- Install CloudScan again, all settings have been reset
