Troubleshoot - Viewing invoice images in Edge

Problem

In Edge, on some machines, all the images added in an invoice do not get displayed on invoice details page or on the view all invoice images page. This happens rarely and can be fixed by changing your browser settings.

Solution

The browser needs to be configured to use GPU rendering/ hardware acceleration.

Follow the steps mentioned below to enable GPU rendering/hardware acceleration:

In Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet options -> Advanced.
  2. Uncheck the setting "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering".
  3. Click Ok. Restart the browser.

         

In Google Chrome:

  1. Open settings -> Show advanced settings.
  2. Under the System heading, select the option "Use hardware acceleration when available".
  3. Restart the browser.

       

In Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Options -> Advanced.
  2. Select the option "Use hardware acceleration when available".
  3. Restart the browser.
