Summary:

User is not able to create claims and getting error message "Web form definitions missing" in TEM Web. 

Instructions:

• User can get the error message "Web form definitions missing" in TEM Web\Edge while trying to create claims. 

 

• This issue can be due to no document type permissions to create claims under assigned Employee Group or Employee Group not assigned to the user in TEM user profile. Please open the user profile (In TEM Admin-> Basic data -> Employee-> Employees...) in TEM Admin and check the assigned Employee group in TEM user profile.

 

• Then please open the employee group (in TEM Admin-> Basic data -> Employee -> Employee groups...) that is assigned to the user e.g. 1. ADMIN in this case.

 

• Please check the document types access under this user assigned employee group to create claims and provide access for document types (select\tick document types and save) and then check with the user if it is working fine.
