Scanning Center Error


Business documents can be received to the Scan and Capture service via physical mail (paper), email (PDF), or the CloudScan software client. When the business document is sent via physical mail, the envelopes are opened and the paper is then scanned by the scanning center. In this category, an error has occurred during the scanning of the business document.


  1. The same business document was scanned multiple times, resulting in a duplicate delivery to your Invoice Processing system.
  2. There was a technical error in the paper scanning process, which resulted in degraded image quality.
  3. Multiple business documents mistakenly scanned as one image file.
  4. Business document type mistakenly categorized as non-invoice during the scanning process.

This error does not require any actions from you.
