Business documents can be received to the Scan and Capture service via physical mail (paper), email (PDF), or the CloudScan software client. When the business document is sent via physical mail, the envelopes are opened and the paper is then scanned by the scanning center. In this category, an error has occurred during the scanning of the business document.
This error does not require any actions from you.
We have reported this finding to the scanning center with the aim of reducing the frequency of similar errors.
