1) If your colleague has access to Service Now:
If your colleague already has access to Service Now then your colleague can raise a request for Service Now access on your behalf by following the steps mentioned here.
2) If no one has access: Please log a Case by using the public form mentioning your organization account and email address in the description of the form here
