Overview

We've currently experienced issues with Peppol outbound documents.
Since May 5, 2025, some documents may have been rejected with the error: "Recipient not found."
Portal documents were delayed due to the accumulated backlog, which was cleared on May 07, 2025, 16:30 UTC.

 

Current Status

The root cause of the issue has been identified and resolved.
We have increased our infrastructure capacity to process the backlog generated during the incident, and our team is actively monitoring the situation.
The backlog was fully cleared on May 07, 2025, 16:30 UTC.

Customer Impact

Some Peppol documents were rejected on May 5.
