Buyer Guide - How to create a View in Product Manager

How to create a "View" in Product Manager.

Instructions:

Login to commerce hub with your Basware account at the following address:

https://buyers.mpuk.basware.com/admin/login/auth

Once logged in select the Product Manager tab at the top of the screen:

 

To begin creating a view:

1. From the Product Manager menu click Views > Create

 

 

In the Create View form enter the name for the View.  Choose the type of View. Agreement being the standard most typically used option. Allowing this view to restrict access to Agreements. The other option being "Sourcing" is required for the setup of a different technical functionality of the system. Not related to restricting users to agreements. Add a description of the view and once complete click the save button:

The next screen is where you edit the View Detail. 

On this screen you have multiple options. Some information below: 

Remove button simply removes the view. This can only be done if there are no Agreements assigned to the view. 

Clicking on the pencil icon allows you to edit the options of the View Detail. Any changes there will need to be saved. 

Right side of the page shows the restricting aspect of the View. 
Agreements - This is where it will show the names of Agreements that have been added to the View. Agreements are added to views by going into the Agreement itself and assigning it to a view. 
Lists - This is where admins can create shopping lists that will be visible to all users specified in this view. 
Users - This is where admins specify the users to be added to this view. 
Categories - This is where admins can a specify a category. A category allows you to group items together in browse categories. These are named search terms and appear in Marketplace. 
Checkout form - This is where you can create a checkout form, a checkout form is displayed when a
user who is assigned to that view clicks Checkout from the basket. The form contains fields that the user must complete to finish their order.
Bundles - This is where admin users can create bundles of the items specified in the agreements in this view. This would be useful if admins would like purchasers to bundle certain items together that have not been already made into a bundle by the supplier.
