Data capture services attachment policy

The business document (invoice/credit invoice) can have attachments along with the email on the Scan and Capture and SmartPDF services.

Below file naming policy must be followed to ensure, that the attachment is available for the recipient.

Special attachment rules

It's recommended to send only one business document (invoice/credit invoice) with attachments in a single email. If the email contains multiple business documents (invoice/credit invoice) below rules are applied because each business document is separated as a PDF file. The attachment's linking is done with the filename rules.
