Problem:

Rejected document because the consignee ILN/GLN isn’t 13 digits and numerical

 

Solution:

Every ILN/GLN (International Location Number /Global Location Number) consists of 13 digits and is assigned by the GS1-Organizations. In Germany it is the GS1 Germany.

Please check your document for the right digits and number of digits in the ILN/GLN.
