Due to a recent security update, the same user cannot log in multiple times using multiple browsers/computers. This means that each user can only have a single Basware Portal at a time.

This error message will be shown when trying to have multiple user sessions:
"You are already logged in from another browser or location. For security reasons you can only be logged in from one at a time".

If needed, you can create additional user accounts to your company. Adding a user to your organization is explained here.

 

In Alusta, workplace multiple sessions is not possible. 

However, support for multiple sessions open will come in the renewal of the Professional user's interface. There is no estimate time for when this will be available. But when it is, information will come in the release notes .
