PM - User is not able to cancel fully received order


What is the issue?

User is not able to cancel fully received order even if user has rights to do it.

Resolution:

Cancellation of fully received order depends on the rights of the user and the value of parameter 'FULLY_RECEIVED_ORDERS_CANCEL_TIME'

  • Open PM Admin - Parameters tab and check the value of the parameter: FULLY_RECEIVED_ORDERS_CANCEL_TIME.

This Parameter indicates for how many days the fully received order can be canceled. If the requisition is receipted more than days of <the parameter value> ago then it can not be canceled. This parameter value can be changed according to need.

Example: If parameter has value 4 then after receiving the goods user can cancel the order with 4 days and after that user will not be able to cancel the order.
