Summary:

When pressing the Configuration button on the Basware Message program nothing happens.

Checklist:

• Please check if you are or were using multiple monitors;
• Open the task manager and check if the program status is Running or is Not responding;

Resolution:

• In most of the cases, the application did not crash and it's running correctly;
• The program remembers very carefully, where the Configuration window was last closed. It is likely that it has been opened on a secondary monitor;
• If at the moment it is not available anymore please use these steps:
• Press the Alt key on your keyboard;
• Then press the ↓ key on your keyboard once;
• A small menu should appear at the edge of your monitor;
• Click the ↓ key again;
• Select Move;
• Confirm this with the Enter key ↵ on your keyboard;
• Press any arrow key on your keyboard (for example: ←);

• If you now move the mouse, the configuration window automatically jumps to where your mouse pointer is;
• Move the window where you want it, and then click once with the left mouse button;
• If in the Task Manager under Processes the status is Not responding just End the task and start Basware Message again;
