Description

Scan and Capture Feedback process is based on categorizing the errors into predefined error categories for more effective root cause analysis. However, it is possible for a rare error to occur which doesn't have a predefined category.

Please review the original feedback analysis report and check the Finding and Action required for more detailed description of the error. In addition, Basware is monitoring the uncategorized errors proactively and performing trend analysis. Meaning, if similar kind of uncategorized errors become frequent, there will be a new predefined error category added for more efficient handling in the future.
