Unregistered Email Address for PDF e-Invoice service


Overview

If your email to the Basware PDF e-Invoice service was rejected and below error was received while sending invoice pdf

Dear customer,

Please be advised that Basware PDF e-Invoice service only accepts emails sent from email addresses that have been registered to the service. 
Therefore, your email was not processed and has been rejected by the service because it was sent from an unregistered address.

then please contact your company administrator so that administrator can follow the steps below to register your email address and ensure emails are processed correctly.

 

How to Register Email Address

1. Log in to Basware Account

 

2. Navigate to the Services Section

 

3. Verify PDF e-Invoice Status

 

4. Check Email Address Confirmation

 

5. Confirm Pending Email Addresses

 

6. Add New Email Address

 

By having these steps implemented by the company administrator , you can ensure your email address is registered and confirmed, preventing future rejections when sending invoices to the Basware PDF e-Invoice service.
