Basware’s E-invoice service sends different types of notifications to the given email addresses. These email addresses are listed in the BT Monitor.

• Log in to the BT Monitor 
• From the left Administration > Manage Notifications and click Search

Notifications have been divided into two groups: sending and receiving. The checkmark will tell which notifications are sent to the given email address.

If there is a parent BT account, then its notification emails can also be used for its child BT accounts.

 

To update the notification details please contact Basware Support support via chat by clicking the button available on the support portal..

Basware will also use these email addresses for important notifications.
