If you want to unsubscribe from the subscribed email delivery of selected dashboards in P2P Analytics, fill out the form https://basware.service-now.com/bw?id=bw_sc_cat_item_public to submit a ticket to Basware Support.

1. Go to https://basware.service-now.com/bw?id=bw_sc_cat_item_public.
2. Fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk (*).
3. In the How can we help you field, select I need help with Purchase to Pay.
4. In the description field, write the names of all the dashboards you want to unsubscribe from.
   If you want to cancel all subscriptions, write that you want all email subscriptions canceled on your P2P Analytics account.

To change the email delivery address of your P2P Analytics subscriptions, write in the description field that you want your P2P Analytics email subscription address to be changed. Also, provide your new email address.
