Why have I stopped receiving email alerts from Basware?

On 10th October we made the move to Amazon Web Services and as such the email address and IP the order alerts come from have changed and so you may need to whitelist our new details

 

What do I need to do?

You may need to do one or more of the following:

  1. Check your junk or spam folders.
  2. Whitelist our new email address: no-reply@mpuk.basware.com
  3. Whitelist our new IPs on your mail server:

76.223.183.20

76.223.183.19

 

What do I do if I’m still having issues?
