IP Agent - Invoices are not being sent to flow


What is the issue?

Invoices that have been sent to ThinClient-users are not being received in ThinClient, or invoices are not moved from their current state, even though they have been sent for further processing in Master.

Resolution:

Try restarting the windows service Basware IP Agent on your IP application server.

This is the service that is responsible for moving the invoices around, and if they are stuck a restart of this service should resolve the problem. Your local IT department can restart this service.

If restarting the service does not resolve the issue, please contact Basware service desk.
