The PDF-image is not displaying when viewing a purchase invoice or other transaction in InvoiceReady. An error message may be displayed instead of the image.
InvoiceReady displays .PDF type as embedded in the web-page itself. In order to view these images, the workstation viewing the invoice must have a compatible PDF-viewer installed, along with necessary browser plugins. Some browsers also have a built-in PDF-viewer, which can also be used.
If the issue persists, the free Foxit reader PDF-software has been found to be compatible, so installing Foxit on the workstation for testing purposes can often help investigate and narrow down the issue.
