Summary:
How to set a secretary in an employee group.
Note:
This action can only be performed by the TEM Administrator of the organization.
Resolution:
1)Log in to the TEM WEB ADMIN URL with your Administrator credentials.
2)Click on Basic Data.
3)Under Employee, click on Employee group documents.
4)Select the Employee group for which the secretary needs to be changed or set.
5)Click on Edit and select the secretary that needs to be assigned.
6)Click on Save.
