This Article explains how to select or remove invoice fields in AP List Views.
- Navigate to the Accounts Payable tab. By default, the List View is displayed. You can switch to Full Coding Layout or Half Coding Layout if required.
- If you want to export the invoice list or customize the columns displayed (for example, Invoice Type, Gross Amount, Reference Person), follow the steps below.
- Click on the three dots located to the right of the Create Invoice button.

- Enable the Show Tool Panel toggle.

5. A list of all available columns will appear. You can enable Pivot Mode to deselect all columns. Manually select the fields/columns you want to display in the list view.

6. Once the required fields are selected, disable the Show Tool Panel toggle by clicking the three dots next to the Create Invoice button again.
7. You can now view or export the invoice list with the columns of your choice.
