Module(s): Invoice Automation
Feature ID: ALUSTA-111547
Release: P2P 24.11
There is a new user right “Manage invoice header level tasks in workflow” available for the professional users. The new user right allows professional users to add, edit, delete, and forward invoice header level tasks in Accounts payable > Invoices for invoices that are in workflow status.
The new user right enables you to control which professional users can manage invoice header level tasks. This helps ensure that only authorized users can modify invoice header level tasks, reducing the risk of errors and potential delays.
The new user right is not a standalone user right; users must also have the existing user right “Manage invoices in workflow”.
By default, all users who have the existing “Manage invoices in workflow” user right, will automatically get the new user right.
If you want to prevent specific professional users from managing invoice header level tasks in Accounts payable > Invoices, go to P2P Administration and manually remove the new user right from them.

Invoice status check is a new service for suppliers to check the status of their invoice without needing to first register or authenticate into the service.
If the service is activated for a tenant, suppliers of that tenant can receive a direct URL to the service. This reduces the work for the AP team when suppliers check the status of their invoice through the self-service UI.
Invoice status check requires three pieces of information to search for an invoice: Invoice number, Invoice date, and Gross total of the invoice. All three fields must be filled before a search can be performed. The search is limited to a single invoice per search.
The search returns the invoice status and payment details, but no additional invoice data is displayed.
The statuses shown in the service are:
If the Invoice status check does not return any invoice and status information, the service provides explanations and tips how to make the queries successful.
Taking Invoice status check into use is easy. It requires minimal configuration, such as customizing the title of the service and possibly adding customer-specific instructions. To enable Invoice status check, please contact your Basware consultant or Basware Support.

Suppliers may provide a single pricelist to multiple buyers. In such cases, the buyer organization may not want to display all items from the supplier in the Marketplace. Currently, the Product Manager admin must manually exclude unwanted items from the pricelist.
To streamline this process, an Item Filters functionality has been introduced in Organization and Agent agreements. This functionality allows the buyer organization to control which items are displayed to end users in the Marketplace by filtering them based on a range of UNSPSC codes. The Product Manager admin can define the UNSPSC code range for the items they want to display. Items that fall within the specified range will be shown in the Marketplace, while those outside the range will be excluded.
Up to 10 rows can be added to define UNSPSC codes in the Item Filters section. When the UNSPSC codes have been added and saved, the agreement must be published and associated with a view to display the filtered items in the Marketplace.

Release: P2P 24.11
A Product Manager admin can now refine the search for the users by providing them with search categories including filters. The search filter can help buyer organization if they need to restrict their end users to purchase items with some specific filter and criteria. For example, if the buying organization wants their user to only buy laptops from HP and Dell, they can add a filter with criteria Supplier and options “HP” and “Dell”.
A new option Filters has been added to manage the search categories on the Manage Categories page. The page can be accessed from the Categories menu option under Product manager and from the Categories section in Views. The Product Manager user can add a filter option with different search criteria to refine the search and show the desired results to the end users.
The following filter criteria can be added:
The filters can have multiple search criteria but the criteria can be added once in a filter. For example, a filter created for workwear jackets can have multiple criteria like price range, classification, and supplier with multiple options, but the same criteria such as price range, classification, and supplier can only be added once.
The filters added are shown in the All categories menu and in the Categories section of the Shop landing page.
The category selected shows the results on the search result page and the filters shown in the left panel are shown as selected for the criteria mentioned in the filters.
