Document history

All the changes done to the Data Capture Guide are logged into the document history table. It will contain columns where each of the modifications is tracked. It's recommended to create a completely new project every five years due to multiple changes over the years.

• Version - Document version
• Date - Date when the change has been applied to production
• Editor / Reviewer - Basware employee who has completed the changes
• Revisions - Ticket ID, and short summary of the changes
