Summary:

If you would like to send your documents via EMail using our Premium PDF service there are a few things to consider.

Checklist:

• You have to tell us all of your own EMail addresses you would like to send documents from;
• Send your EMails to: invoicing@email.basware.com;
• Please only send one legal document per EMail as a PDF together with its attachment, if applicable (document as PDF + attachment PDF);
• Your documents have to be in PDF format;
• The file name of your documents do not matter, our server renames all income data automatically;
• Maximum EMail size is 24MB;

Resolution:

You can send additional attachments to your document when you are following these rules:

• Your attachments have to be in the same EMail as the document;
• Without a document you cannot send an attachment;
• The attachments must also be in PDF format;
• You can send multiple attachments together with your document;
• The filename of your attachments must include the word "Attachment" or "Anlage" (it is not case-sensitive);
