Document date is in the future

What is the issue?

The document that you've sent for processing could not be processed because:


  • We were advised by your recipient not to process any documents whose dates are in the future when they were submitted. Please send us the document at the due date once again or change the date and re-submit it.
  • Please check the rejected document and make sure that you have used the same date format as on previous documents. Only one document format is allowed and can be configured in your setup.

If the document date is not in the future and its format is the same as on previous documents but the document is still rejected, then please contact our support team.
