Instructions related to the internet web browser:
- It is advised to try clearing the internet cache and cookies.
- In Chrome browser: Use Ctrl+Shift+Delete or click the three dots in the top right corner and click Delete browsing data.
- In Safari (Mac): Follow instructions below-
- Click Safari in the top menu bar.
- Go to Settings or Preferences.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All to clear cache and cookies.
- Confirm by clicking Remove Now.
- Restart the internet web browser that you are using.
- Try to use a different web browser.
