The purpose of this article is to inform how to reset a user's password.

1. Admin will need to log in to Verian
2. Admin will click on the Gear Icon
3. Admin will click on Users
4. Admin will click on Users once more

Once users have been selected, please follow the steps below.

1. Search for the user who needs their password reset
2. Once found, select the affected user
3. Click on More Actions

Once More Actions is selected, please follow the steps below.

1. Click on Reset Password

This will allow the affected user to reset their password via email.

Once reset password has been selected, a new pop up will appear, select confirm. Please see below.

Once confirmed, a new pop up will appear that will state that the login credentials will be emailed to the user. Please select "Proceed with Reset".
